Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Managing Director at The Westin at Frenchman's Reef. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and profitability of our hotel, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for your Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct, recruit, and develop hotel leadership teams to ensure the highest level of service and operational excellence.
  • Revenue Growth: Ensure the profitability and revenue of the hotel through effective financial management and strategic planning.
  • Guest Relations: Promote positive guest relations and ensure the highest level of service to our valued customers.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage various projects simultaneously, including in-depth and detailed renovations of the property.
  • Development and Mentoring: Develop and mentor the General Manager to ensure their success in their role.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 Years experience as a GM in full service and Lifestyle hotels is helpful.
  • Skills: Strong business communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and lead each department independently within a diverse workforce, ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plans, time management skills, negotiation abilities, and ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
  • Language: Read, write and speak English fluently.
