Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at COMFORT INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of hotel supplies, including linens, toiletries, and other essential items.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
