About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT leader to join our team at Frenchman's Reef as the Director of Internships. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our IT strategy, ensuring the delivery of world-class hospitality services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and effective.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect our guests' data and company assets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best possible solutions for our business.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-efficient operations and effective resource allocation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to our guests, ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and motivating IT teams.
  • Cybersecurity Acumen: Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
