About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at HNM Food Services Inc O/A Red swan Pizza Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that all staff members are working together as a cohesive team.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that all operational aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that all inventory is properly managed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
