Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMS Medical & Rehabilitation Centre in Montreal. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and patient care
  • Process insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office administration principles
  • Certification or diploma in Office Administration is preferred
Working Conditions:

This is a part-time or full-time on-site role with a day shift schedule, starting at 8am. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support.
