**Job Summary**

This part-time or full-time on-site role is for a Medical Administrative Assistant at AMS Medical and Rehabilitation Centre in Montreal.

The Medical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Phone etiquette and communication
  • Billing insurance companies and accounts receivable
  • Coordination amongst front desk staff to ensure administrative protocols run smoothly
  • Customer service tasks to support the clinic's operations and patient care
  • Booking appointments and collecting information from patients

**Requirements**

  • Phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (French and English) language proficiency
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
  • Certification or diploma in Office Administration is preferred
