Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and coach staff performance to meet sales and customer service targets
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in marketing initiatives and implement sales promotions
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
