Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff members.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
