About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and exceeding customer expectations.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive a seamless dining experience.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of our team members and identify areas for improvement.
- Cost products and services to ensure that we are operating within our budget and that our customers receive value for their money.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to protect our customers and employees.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
