Restaurant Operations Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales and customer service goals
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Supervision:
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 staff members, including kitchen and food service helpers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, and cooks.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ability to bend, crouch, and kneel is also required.
Personal Suitability:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative.
