Restaurant Operations Manager

At Wendy's Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Cost products and services, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services to the community.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- 11-15 team members, including kitchen and food service helpers, food service counter attendants, and cooks.
- Fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet customer demand.
- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and walking.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
- Client focus, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers feel valued.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, working effectively with team members and customers.
- Excellent oral communication, clearly communicating with team members and customers.
- Flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team player, working collaboratively with team members to achieve our goals.
- Initiative, taking the lead and making decisions to improve our operations and customer experience.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
