Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary
The restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a fast-paced food service establishment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including setting schedules and determining service offerings.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide growth opportunities.
- Cost products and services, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory management.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the establishment's brand and services.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
Work Environment
The restaurant manager will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for extended periods, walking, and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
