Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and coach our team members to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for customer service and food quality.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve our sales and customer service goals, ensuring that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules for our team members, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Determine Type of Services to be Offered: Analyze customer demand and market trends to determine the types of services and products that we should offer.
- Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of our team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Cost Products and Services: Analyze and manage the costs of our products and services, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have adequate stock of products and supplies.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Participate in Marketing Plans and Implementation: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional customer service and food quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and bend, crouch, or kneel. You will also be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
