Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to provide it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Cost products and services to ensure that they are priced competitively and that our restaurant is profitable.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- 11-15 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
