Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AB Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, ensuring they align with company policies and standards.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan.
