Job Description for Office Administrator at AB Ltd

Located in an urban area, we are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of new administrative procedures and policies.
  • Delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Establish priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Carry out various administrative duties, including data collection and reporting.
  • Administer records release policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, such as equipment maintenance, supplies, and security.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English language.
