Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Century Travel Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including security and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Possession of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
