Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Legal Resolutions Professional Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, highlighting key points and action items.
  • Office Management
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, travel arrangements, and related itineraries.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
    • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
    • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-6 months (or equivalent experience).
