About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Documentation Specialist to join our team at Peninsula Employment Services Limited. As an HR Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in communicating with our clients to create, update, maintain, and review tailored employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Conduct telephone and video meetings with clients to create employment documentation based on their needs.
  • Documentation Review: Review clients' existing documentation for compliance with employment legislation and correct errors.
  • Client Relationship Building: Provide a client-focused and personalized approach, building relationships and enhancing the client experience.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure clients understand the importance of documentation in managing employee relations.
  • Portal Guidance: Guide clients through their online BrightHR portal.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with HR Field Consultants and address queries as appropriate.
  • Workload Management: Manage your own workload from your task list.
  • Deadlines and KPIs: Meet deadlines and KPIs/SLAs/targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products and services to drive referrals and engagement.
  • Record Keeping: Record work via Salesforce and other systems.
  • Training and Development: Attend team meetings and training as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Provincial Standards/Legislation across Canada relevant to Human Resources and Employee Relations.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: CHRP certification is mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent written English and word processing skills, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines, excellent attention to detail, customer service experience.
