Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience and well-being.
  • Supporting clients in building strong, diverse teams through tailored recruitment strategies and performance management programs.
  • Providing expert HR advice to clients, addressing challenges related to organizational culture, employee relations, and talent retention.
  • Managing partnerships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial and contribute to shared goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, people, and driving positive impact.
