Job Description

At HR-PATH, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our HR Transformation practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday implementations and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Technology-Enabled HR Solutions: Design and implement technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday to drive business outcomes.
  • Challenge and Design HR Solutions: Collaborate with clients to challenge and design HR solutions that meet their unique needs and expectations.
  • Translate Client Requirements: Translate client requirements into possible configuration options, ensuring seamless integration with Workday.
  • Advise on Solution Evolutions: Advise clients on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Training: Demonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training of the final solution.
  • Effective Project Experience: Demonstrate effective project experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Customer Requirement Workshops: Demonstrate and facilitate the customer requirement workshops/sessions to ensure successful deliverables, including the preparation of documentation and presentations.
  • Workday Methodology: Follow Workday Methodology to ensure implementation modules of a functional solution are adapted to the customer's needs.
  • Team Player: Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Design Workshops: Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and support.
  • Best Practice Approach: Control and maintain best practice approach, and the highest quality levels of service provided to the client.
  • Language Skills: Excellent French & English language skills, written, oral, and presentation, with Dutch or French language being an asset.
  • Workday Certification: Workday Core HCM certification, and any other certification would be nice to have: Absence / Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance / Talent.
