Role Overview:

As the HR and Partnership Coordinator at Fractional HR Experts, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of HR strategy and business development. This distinctive position entails managing HR operations while fostering and nurturing partnerships with organizations that align with our core values.

Your responsibilities will include driving impactful HR initiatives, enhancing employee experiences, and managing strategic collaborations that contribute to our growth. Your efforts will ensure that our clients receive top-tier HR solutions while assisting us in expanding our network of high-quality business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • HR Operations: Supervise daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Employee Experience: Design and implement initiatives that improve employee well-being, engagement, and development within client organizations.
  • Talent Management: Assist clients in cultivating strong, diverse teams by providing tailored recruitment strategies, performance management programs, and leadership development plans.
  • HR Consulting: Offer expert HR guidance to clients, addressing challenges related to organizational culture, employee relations, and talent retention.

Partnership Development:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture relationships with companies that align with our values and quality standards, enhancing our service offerings and expanding our reach.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Collaborations: Manage ongoing relationships with partner organizations, ensuring that collaborations are mutually beneficial and contribute to shared objectives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Fractional HR Experts at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings, effectively communicating our brand's mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinker capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, people, and driving positive impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification is an asset.
