Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, people, and driving positive impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification is an asset.
