About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Collage HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our software platform by our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the onboarding of new clients onto our platform, leveraging your technical knowledge to drive successful implementation projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and deliver client-facing documentation and training to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Product Feedback: Act as a conduit between our clients and internal teams, representing the voice of the client to inform our product roadmap and drive Sales and Delivery process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Client Support, Delivery, and/or Technical Account Management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software platforms, data formats, and technical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a focus on quality and a high attention to detail.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience working with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
