Role Overview:

As the HR and Partnership Coordinator at Fractional HR Experts, you will operate at the crossroads of HR strategy and business development. This unique position entails managing HR operations while fostering and nurturing partnerships with organizations that align with our values.

You will spearhead impactful HR initiatives, enhance employee experiences, and manage strategic collaborations that contribute to our growth. Your efforts will guarantee that our clients receive top-tier HR solutions while helping us expand our network of high-quality business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • HR Operations: Supervise daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Employee Experience: Design and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and development within our client organizations.
  • Talent Management: Assist clients in constructing strong, diverse teams by providing tailored recruitment strategies, performance management programs, and leadership development plans.
  • HR Consulting: Offer expert HR advice to clients, addressing challenges related to organizational culture, employee relations, and talent retention.

Partnership Management:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with companies that align with our values and quality standards, enhancing our service offerings and expanding our reach.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to devise and implement strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Collaborations: Manage ongoing relationships with partner organizations, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial and contribute to shared goals.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Fractional HR Experts at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings, effectively communicating our brand's mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinker capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, people, and driving positive impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification is an asset.
