Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Collage HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our software platform by our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the onboarding of new clients onto our platform, leveraging your technical knowledge to drive successful implementation projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring seamless platform usage.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and deliver high-quality documentation and training materials to ensure clients have the necessary knowledge to maximize platform benefits.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, representing client needs to inform product development and drive sales and delivery process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, delivery, or technical account management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software platforms, data analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop solutions to drive business growth.
