About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Real Estate Financing team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on commercial real estate financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Provide expert advice on commercial real estate financing solutions, including loan structuring and credit risk management
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our services and improve client outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate financing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, credit risk management, and commercial real estate financing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market
