About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Finance Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and negotiate complex credit and cash management arrangements with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial and non-financial due diligence and risk assessment of credit proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, business, economics).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate finance or commercial banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
