About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Finance Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and negotiate complex credit and cash management arrangements with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial and non-financial due diligence and risk assessment of credit proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial banking and real estate finance. You will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal partners.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
