Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Directors, and Construction Teams to develop and implement project schedules.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks, assign team members, and set deadlines to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Work with project teams to define, prioritize, and develop project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall WBS program.
  • Review and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing variance narratives to project leadership.
  • Develop and maintain detailed baseline or schedule change logs to ensure integrity of performance measurement baseline.
  • Support change management process, register updates, and perform regular field tours to check work progress.
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in EPC project management.
  • Post-secondary education in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong self-motivated team player with participative management style and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented individual with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with superior interpersonal and relationship management skills.
