About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Scheduler to join our team at E.S. Fox Limited. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking contracts and scope changes, and supporting the project team with various project-related activities throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project management team, planners, and estimators to develop project plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management plans.
  • Work with the project management team to establish internal controls processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze cost and schedule trends, and adjust forecasts as necessary.
  • Prepare progress reports on costs, schedule, and risks.
  • Support project close-out reporting and documentation activities as required.
  • Apply critical path methodology to ensure timely delivery of milestone tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Management, or equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with databases and prepare reports.
  • Proven understanding of project management, engineering, and construction processes, preferably in the nuclear sector.
  • Nuclear experience and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are considered assets.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Primavera P6, Excel, and MS Project.
