As a Senior Director of Canadian Business Development at Salt, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and expansion of our Canadian client portfolio. With a focus on sales, delivery, and operations, this role involves leveraging your expertise to deliver immediate client value and scale the business.

About the Role
  • Manage and grow existing and new client relationships in the Canadian market.
  • Drive profitable growth through expanding services and identifying market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across multiple functions.
  • Develop and execute a market strategy with differentiated service offerings.
  • Enhance brand awareness and market position within the Canadian geography.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to close transformational engagements.
Key Qualifications
  • 20+ years of leadership experience in professional or advisory services.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, driving strategy, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience managing P&L of at least $200M.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build and retain a world-class management team.
