Senior Administrative Coordinator: Real Estate Support

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support in our real estate department.

Responsibilities:

Clerical and Administrative Functions:

  • Draft correspondences and formal documents, utilizing strong grammar and writing skills
  • Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with high-level organization
  • Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming experience
  • Answer incoming calls, responding promptly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and key correspondence and legal documents, such as deeds, wills, affidavits, and briefs, from handwritten copy, shorthand, or dictation
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy, adherence to procedures, and grammatical correctness
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for senior staff
  • Maintain and set up filing systems, applying knowledge of records and procedures while controlling confidential materials

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to implement efficient systems and procedures

Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
