About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator with CQR Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position involves coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising other workers to guarantee seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and direct other workers to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

The estimated salary for this role is around $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
