Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Exacta Interpreting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including recruitment and hiring, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Recruit and hire staff, including Veterans and other candidates with military experience
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Knowledge of accessible and inclusive recruitment policies
