Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Artisan Aesthetics. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and schedule appointments
  • Complete insurance and other claim forms, and maintain accurate records
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient office environment
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols

Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, with a focus on administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in electronic medical records a plus
