The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word. They will also be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing data entry and overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures. If you have previous experience in this field of employment and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Working hours are 35 to 40 hours per week and the language of work is English. This is a permanent position.
