About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at APlus Insurance/Financial Group Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, conducting online marketing and promotions, and developing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct online marketing and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Develop marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
