Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced company in the food and beverage industry, is undergoing an exciting transformation. To support their expansion plans, they are looking for a Sales Strategy Director.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will develop and deliver a sales strategy that aligns with the business's revenue growth plans and its customers' market growth plans.

This is an opportunity to channel your passion for data-driven, targeted messaging to attract and retain the attention of recognizable brands and make a measurable impact on the company's growth.

If you are an analytical thinker with an instinct for developing highly effective sales and B2B marketing strategies, this is the role to consider.

Market and competitive analysis is key to this position. You will perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies to develop benchmarks for product performance based on market data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy development and implementation: You will optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage the trade marketing budget and trade shows, ensuring the effective use of resources.
  • Business development skills: You can influence without authority at the team, management, and senior executive level. You adapt easily to diverse business environments and cultures across various prospects and existing customers, taking the time to understand niche market needs and establish priorities to support business development in a competitive landscape.
  • Technical skills: You are proficient with MS Office Suite and can create impactful presentations and manage data and information.

This is a hands-on role that requires you to execute the strategy and be involved in research and analysis, from presentation development to data management.
