To support their expansion plans, they are looking for a Sales Strategy Director who will develop and deliver a sales strategy that aligns with the business's revenue growth plans and its customers' market growth plans.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to channel your passion for data-driven, targeted messaging to attract and retain the attention of recognizable brands and make a measurable impact on the company's growth. As a Sales Strategy Director, you will collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to build the foundation for the next 3-5 years of growth, launch innovation pipelines, and design consumer targeting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and competitive analysis: Perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies to develop benchmarks for product performance based on market data.
  • Strategy development and implementation: Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage the trade marketing budget and trade shows, ensuring the effective use of resources.
  • Business development skills: Influence without authority at the team, management, and senior executive level. Adapt easily to diverse business environments and cultures across various prospects and existing customers, taking the time to understand niche market needs and establish priorities to support business development in a competitive landscape.
  • Technical skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite and able to create impactful presentations and manage data and information.
