About the Role

TalentMinded is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Market and Competitive Analysis
    • Perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies
    • Develop and maintain market intelligence reports and analytics dashboards
  • Strategy Development and Implementation
    • Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Work with product development teams to integrate customer insights and develop new products and services
  • Operational Excellence
    • Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage the trade marketing budget and trade shows to ensure effective use of resources
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team
    • Develop and maintain reports and analytics dashboards to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
    • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Business Development Skills
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to create impactful presentations and manage data and information
    • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
