TalentMinded Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy Director to drive revenue growth and expansion plans for our dynamic client in the food and beverage industry. As a key member of the leadership team, you will develop and deliver a sales strategy that aligns with the business's revenue growth plans and customer market growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, leveraging market data and analytics to drive innovation and success.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other stakeholders to determine the best approach, assess feasibility, and design targeted sales strategies and supporting sales enablement documentation.
  • Perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies, creating detailed reports and analytics dashboards to inform stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, working with product development teams to integrate customer insights.
  • Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, managing the trade marketing budget and trade shows.
  • Lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team, preparing presentations, reports, and studies for stakeholders and board meetings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of insight and category marketing approaches.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to leverage market data and analytics to develop innovative approaches that deliver success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to express a value proposition to external decision-makers.
  • Business development skills, with the ability to influence without authority and adapt easily to diverse business environments and cultures.
  • Technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
