Talent Minded is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive commercial growth and develop innovative sales strategies for our client, a dynamic food and beverage company. As a Director of Sales Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's revenue growth plans and customer market growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that unlock potential in the market
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to determine the best approach and design targeted sales strategies
  • Perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing with a deep understanding of insight and category marketing approaches
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of sales processes and data-driven marketing insights
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to express a value proposition to external decision-makers
  • Business development skills with the ability to influence without authority at various levels
  • Technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
