About the Role

TalentMinded Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop actionable insights to inform our sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to determine the best approach for launching new products and services.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies, and develop benchmarks for product performance.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with product development teams to integrate customer insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and manage the trade marketing budget and trade shows.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team, and prepare presentations, reports, and studies for stakeholders and board meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of insight and category marketing approaches.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without authority at the team, management, and senior executive level.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, with the ability to create impactful presentations and manage data and information.
