About the Role

Talent Minded is seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that meets our revenue growth targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement
  • Manage the trade marketing budget and trade shows to ensure effective resource utilization
  • Optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to build a sales strategy that aligns with our business growth plans
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage market data and analytics to inform sales decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of sales processes and data-driven marketing insights
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to create impactful presentations and manage data and information
