At Hillcrest Security Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and reviewing candidate inventories. Additionally, the HR Officer will contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruit graduates of colleges and universities, and coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. The HR Officer will also notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
