Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of resources—material, human, and financial—to effectively implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and oversee the establishment of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and monitor financial and administrative controls; develop and approve promotional strategies; oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and formulate or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes for staffing needs.
  • Lead human resource planning and development initiatives.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
