Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our guests.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special requests, provide information about local attractions and services, and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests. You must be able to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
