Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk at Quality INN, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
