As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our guests.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special requests, provide information about local attractions and services, and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Language: English.
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
What We Offer- Free Parking: Free parking is available for all employees.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
